Calming Corner
A space for children to go when they need tools to self-regulate and control their impulses can be very beneficial for many children. A calming corner can help children develop social-emotional skills through self-awareness of emotions and self-soothing skills. It helps children practice identifying and acknowledging feelings and learning how to manage stress.
